We offer FREE next business day delivery on orders over £50 (ex VAT) Scotland-wide when placed before 3pm Monday to Friday (available on stock items only – exclusions apply).
Stock Item Delivery Information
A delivery charge of £10.00 (ex VAT) will be charged for any orders with a net order value of less than £50.00 ex. VAT. Products featuring the 24hr icon are defined as 'Stock Items' and are available for delivery next working day (Scotland only).
- Stock item orders placed before 3pm will be delivered the next working day, subject to product availability, vehicle capacity, and geographic area (see breakdown below).
- Stock item orders received after 3pm will be delivered within 48hrs based on the same criteria.
- Standard delivery excludes weekends. Stock item orders placed after 3pm Friday and over the weekend will be processed Monday.
- Deliveries are made between 8am-4pm (timed delivery can be requested but is not guaranteed)
- Equipment delivery is subject to availability and additional charges are also applicable – please contact our customer service team for further information.
- Local same-delivery service (available on request to existing customers) - not guaranteed
- For all deliveries outside Scotland confirmation of carriage charge will be advised prior to payment of goods
Non-Stock Item Delivery Information
A delivery charge of £10.00 (ex VAT) will be charged for any orders with a net order value of less than £50.00 ex. VAT. Non-stock items are generally dispatched within 5-7 working days from when your order is received. For Equipment & Appliances, bespoke and custom printed items delivery timescales can vary and additional carriage charges may be applicable – please confirm with our customer services team prior to ordering on 0131 557 2999.
Geographic Delivery Guide
- Order before 3pm Edinburgh / Glasgow for next working day delivery
- Fife, Falkirk and Stirling - Tuesday & Thursday deliveries only
- Aberdeen & Dundee - Wednesday & Friday deliveries only
- Highlands & Islands - delivery confirmed on order
- Mainland UK - delivery charges will be confirmed on order
- No weekend deliveries
IMPORTANT NOTE COURIER DELIVERIES: If you are outwith our delivery area and your order is being dispatched by courier please note items are not insured for breakages/damages (Crockery & Glassware items). Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your ordered goods you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Should you wish to return a stock item we will be happy to refund in full or exchange, if it is unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original undamaged packaging.For non-stock/special items a 25% order value restock charge is applicable and carriage (where applicable).
In the instance that goods are delivered faulty, incorrect or damages, please report to us immediately and confirm in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
