With Christmas approaching fast we understand it is one of the most hectic times for your business so we have put together this handy buying and delivery guide to help with preparing for the festive period.

During the run up to Christmas we expect our standard deliveries to become busier so it is never too early for you to place your Festive/New Year.  Festive crackers/napkins start to diminish very quickly so avoid disappointment and order today – simply place your order and let us know your required delivery date – we will delivery your Festive products when YOU need them.  Equally if you have plans to increase your standard stock items over this busier period simply place your order as soon as possible so that we can accommodate all your requirements.

Festive Delivery Guide

• Deliveries will run up and including Monday 24th December.  During the run up to Christmas we anticipate our deliveries to be busier than usual so if you plan to increase your standard orders, to accommodate the increased festive activity, please book in your orders as soon as possible.
• The last day for ordering Christmas Crackers and/or festive tableware items will be Thursday 6th December, at 2pm.  Based on our current schedule we expect deliveries of all Christmas Crackers/Tableware to customers by the 19th December. 
• Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day & 2nd January there will be no deliveries on these days. 
• New Year last orders 2pm Friday 28th December.
• There will be NO East Lothian, Falkirk or Fife deliveries until the New Year
  • Last delivery date for East Lothian is Friday 21^st December – place your order by Thursday 20^th.   Normal delivery service will resume on Friday 4^th January 2019.
  • Last delivery date for Fife & Falkirk areas is Thursday 20^th December – place your order by Wednesday 19^th December.  Normal delivery service will resume on Thursday 3^rd January 2019.
• Our warehouses in Edinburgh & Glasgow will be open for collections between 10am & 3pm on the 27th/28th & 31st December.  You can place your order with our Customer Service Team and pick up at your convenience. Please note non-stock products are required to be ordered and will not be available on the day.
• Our normal delivery schedule will resume on the Thursday 3rd January 2019.
• Online Business Deliveries – for all mainland UK deliveries please check with our Customer Services Team to confirm delivery date.
• Kidd Promo will be closed from Monday 24th December to Thursday 3rd January.  Last order date is 6th December for pre-Christmas delivery (subject to promotional product choice, availability and machine capacity – please confirm delivery schedule with the team at Kidd Promo on 0131 550 4848)
